My kids have never had a backyard. In the Chateau we have a concrete slab and a small dangerous balcony. There is no place for them to play outside. The new house has a backyard! The Landlord has agreed to remodel it so we can put in a swing set or a playhouse.
Goo picked out this one. He won’t be getting it because it’s $7000! The kid has good taste though.
